The Four Horsemen are not a band in the traditional sense. However, they are a band of brothers composed of exceptional, unique singer/songwriters from across America. They have forged a mutual admiration for each other. All of them were involved in a successful long-running residency at the Underground Lounge. They realized they had something different and decided to move the show to CBGB’s. After an unprecedented run at the legendary venue, the acoustic outlaws drifted apart to do their own gigs. These free birds flew solo, but eventually returned to New York. Each of them were successful on their own; they sought to combine forces. The hardcore Mojo of Rob Roy Mountjoy, Southern passion of Nick Swan, crucified soul of James Terrell and haunting croon of Daniel Wayne intertwine to evangelize NYC. The scene hadn't seen anything like this since the 1960's. Ferocious soulful music from all over the country intersected, via round robin performance, to jam to packed venues on nights when many clubs lay barren. The residency, jokingly referred to as 'The Four Horsemen', would stick. So catch these barn burners together on stage where the good times are contagious. Bring your smiles and leave your troubles at the door, but stay for the encore. There will be four.
